  • 2 Prowlers
  • Concept 2 row machines
  • Skipping ropes
  • Pre-hab and re-hab equipment such as exercise bands, physio bands, foam rollers
  • We also have a large outdoor training pitch that we put to good use for Circuit fitness classes as well as Strength and Conditioning classes.
