- Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls
- 2 Prowlers
- Concept 2 row machines
- Skipping ropes
- Pre-hab and re-hab equipment such as exercise bands, physio bands, foam rollers
- We also have a large outdoor training pitch that we put to good use for Circuit fitness classes as well as Strength and Conditioning classes.
