We offer both membership, and pay-as-you-go classes. These classes suit those:

Monday + Wednesday 7pm, 60 mins
Tuesday + Thursday 7.30pm, 60 mins
We run 7am classes on Tuesday – Friday inclusive, please contact us if you wish to train at this time.
