Welcome back to our members. Please read the guidelines here (they must be signed and returned before you resume your membership).

After reading it in full, please print and sign it to give to reception on your first visit. For a paperless alternative you may download

the pdf above and use the ‘fill & sign’ feature in Adobe to digitally sign the document. Then, save it and email us a copy with your name in the subject.

You may also fill a copy out at reception.

Summary for members:

  • All membership resume on Monday 20th July. All memberships were frozen, with time added on to membership from Monday 20th.
  • If you were paying by Standing Order, you can contact us to re-organise.
  • We have a number of steps in place for health and safety of all members.
  • We have a booking system for your attendance to pool or gym or class. Each booking is for 50 minutes max.
  • 1 way access in and out of the main building, and the S&C gym.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Summary for pool users:

  • Use our booking system. 1 booking per person per day. If you need some assistance, we will be happy to help.
  • Bring flip flops and come prepared. Changing rooms are optional.
  • Sauna and steam rooms not in use currently.
  • Chlorinated pool water kills the COVID virus.
  • There will be no towel rentals.

Summary for gym users:

  • Use our booking system (coming soon). 50 minute bookings.
  • Come prepared, bring: a hand towel, water bottle and your car keys only. Leave bags in the car.
  • Some equipment is out of use due to distancing requirements for the time being.
  • You will be expected to pre-clean and post-clean the equipment you use (we appreciate your help). We will also clean regularly.
  • No supersets or swapping back and forth of gym machines if there are other users present.

Summary for exercise classes:

  • Book online if you are able, alternatively book over the phone. No ad-hoc drop-ins will be allowed.
  • Come prepared, bring: a hand towel, water bottle and your car keys only. Leave bags in the car.
  • Spin classes resume on Monday 20th. 9.30am classes on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
  • Spin evening classes on Tuesday and Thursday @ 6.45pm
  • Strength & Conditioning classes in the evening on Monday and Wednesday at 7pm. More classes to be added in due course.
